2 cups steel cut oats
2 cups diced apples (I sometimes leave the peeling on)
1 cup dried cranberries
3-4 cups water (use more if needed)
1 cup milk (use more if needed)
1 TBSP cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp butter
Cook on low in a crockpot overnight 6-8 hours. Serve with milk and brown sugar, if desired.

Of course! I use almond milk in my recipes. This recipe is from a friend & she used cow milk. 🙂
